Research has consistently shown that a woman’s experience of the workplace is different to a man’s, especially in traditionally male-oriented environments, such as the STEM industries.
We have therefore created a unique programme of group coaching, specifically for women working in a corporate environment, to enable them to:
The coaching is conducted in groups of a maximum of six women. Delegates discuss how the topics (listed below) impact on their work and career.
Plus each meeting includes a ‘spotlighting’ session: one delegate brings a live issue and the rest of the group uses a structured coaching methodology to help them to move forward with it.
The programme is divided into six three-hour sessions which cover:

The best part is “spotlighting”. Coaching questions are written down – you answer them and it really prompts your thinking. It is very non-judgmental, supportive and the expertise of colleagues is invaluable.
